Fishy Goomite

Goomites are gooey, slimey cycloptic creatures. They are related to fluffmites and much like their fluffy cousins, goomites also need to be monitored quite closely due to the destructive nature of their voracious appetites. Despite eating a lot, goomites do not actually have mouths at all. They simply absorb their preferred food into their slime bodies to digest things. The more they absorb, the larger they get. The largest recorded goomite on Booterra holds the record of being 9ft in diameter.

Garden Paguro

Paguros resemble earthling hermit crabs with similar behaviours of using various shells or items to hide themselves in. Many Paguros find themselves quite at home on the beach where there are many more options of items to commandeer, however some have ventured beyond the shorelines and into the mainlands to explore even more of the world. It is important to note that Paguros are very temperamental and will display tantrum-like behaviour if unable to get the item they desire. They are also extremely possessive and do not care much for causing damage to their surroundings if it means they can obtain the item they wish to inhabit. When kept happy, they are known to make the most wonderful sounds by rubbing their claws together. Many musicians keep Paguros as pets in order to benefit from their lovely music-making habits.
