Buntropolis

A tropical metropolis that was constructed at the heart of the Sea of Sand. The boo-made aquaducts and canals that lead in from the ocean have allowed for lush floral growths within the city as well as continuous access to water for all Boos. Despite the city having flowing water within its limits, Buntropolis is surrounded by sand for miles in almost every direction. Many boos arrive and depart from the city via small boats journeying along the canals; much safer than risking dehydration in the desert.
